Co-op Lab is a 4-week incubation program that turns refugees into digital entrepreneurs. Each participant gets a team of 5 AI CxO agents (CEO, CTO, CMO, COO, CFO) that work 24/7 to build and run 3 digital startups — using Claude Code.
Target: $500 average monthly income. Two valuable exits: • Exit A: 3 small digital businesses generating $50 – $3,000/month • Exit B: Claude Code proficiency → freelance AI developer at $20 – $100/hr
